Welcome to Playful Progress Pediatric Therapy

Whether we have worked together in the past or this is your first time booking, I’m excited you’re here, and I’m so happy to help. Here are a few important things to know before booking:

• If this is your first visit with me, or we have not worked together in over 6 months, please select Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation as this will ensure that I have the time to complete a full whole-body assessment of your child.
• In-clinic and in-home visits are available. Make sure you are booking the location you prefer!
• In-home visits are only available on select Mondays and Fridays, and are limited to a 15 minute drive radius from Playful Progress Clinic (40 S. River Rd. Bedford NH)
• Once booked, you will receive an email asking you to fill out an intake questionnaire. It is VERY helpful that this is completed prior to our visit together, and will make sure that our time together is the most effective and helpful it can be.
